While the girls were in Gulf Shores with their Nana and Poppy, Brian and I drove 6 hours north to BFE Illinois to see Green Day!  I LOVED IT!!!!

Sophie's 11th Birthday

Soph has started reading the Harry Potter series of books - and it just so happens that in the first book, on Harry's 11th birthday, is when he gets his acceptance letter to Hogwarts.  Soooooo......I couldn't pass up the opportunity to do the same for Soph!  (I mean, if Hogwarts were real, I am sure she would be asked to attend.)

It was also a big birthday because Sophie got a cell phone!  She is growing up too fast!
